And you likely already know most of these great exercises. Push ups, sit ups, back bridges, squats, and any kind of yoga.
Once you start doing just a couple of minutes of these a day, you’ll be amazed at how quickly your body reacts for the better. Even if you can only do one or two of each exercise, you’ll be creating a fantastic effect on your metabolism. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll see powerful results.
